SPECIFICATIONS:
The Robotic Solutions material handling gantry robot loads sheets of aluminum onto stacks that it loads into a stack router. It works in conjunction with the Stack Router, but can be configured and purchased separately. It picks up individual sheets from a cart or pallet and accurately locates and stacks evenly. It clamps the finished stack and places the stack in its final position on the router for immediate processing with no operator intervention. This robot design is highly customizable and can be modified in any way to match the required use.
