Robotic Solutions, Inc. designs and builds highly integrated manufacturing systems. These systems are turn-key solutions to manufacturing and production challenges, and address the current market's need for efficiency and a competitive edge in the world marketplace. These systems are designed to provide highly productive, repeatable, controllable, measurable manufacturing processes for our customers. Each of the various system components are designed from the ground up to work together. For example, if the system requires a stack router and a robotic loader, then the router is designed to be loaded by the robot, the robot is specifically designed to load the router, and both have control systems designed to communicate with one another and the customer's Enterprise System.

The manufacturing model many companies had used successfully since the early 1970's was to acquire CNC machines which were in turn manually loaded on dedicated fixtures and manually programmed. While most companies who did not adopt CNC technology within the next 15 years did not survive, the ones who embraced it early flourished. This was a successful model until the late 1990's when all viable competition had acquired similar levels of CNC technology. Today, a number of companies have reached a point where manually operating even the best "stand alone" CNC machines are no longer profitable, and we expect this trend to continue.

Beginning with an analysis of the products our customers produce, Robotic Solutions can provide a complete system that automates, as required by product type and volume, not only the machining, but also material handling, optimization and NC programming. For some products, we can provide automated work order scheduling and ordering of raw materials. Working together with you, the customer, we engineer each system to meet the unique requirements of your product and industry. The types of products our systems can produce are widely varied. We apply similar automation methodologies to products machined on aerospace stack routers or 5 axis profilers. Or, in a completely different industry, to mill turn Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) that machine ferrous turbine parts.
